Convergent billing for 20M subscribers

What I did

• Migrated the billing of more than 20 million subscribers from an Ericsson platform to Huawei’s convergent billing.
• Integrated it with the core network and business systems (HLR, SMSC, GGSN, mediation, CRM, USSD), and led the integration and acceptance tests.
• Designed provisioning and the product catalogue, and new offers with the operator’s marketing teams, from small individual plans to fleet offers. Those offers brought the operator about $26M a month in revenue.
• Ran maintenance, support and disaster recovery with the team, and trained the client’s engineers to run the platform themselves.
